Refund policy

By placing an order with PARDA, you agree to the following terms. These policies exist to ensure complete transparency and a smooth experience for every customer.

1. 15-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your PARDA pieces. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. In the case of a damaged or defective item, please reach out within 10 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.

2. HOW TO RETURN

To initiate a return, email us at info@parda.ca. Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on where and how to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@parda.ca within 10 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will resolve the issue promptly.

4. EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items only, subject to our 14-day policy. All exchanges are subject to a restocking fee, and return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility. To request an exchange, contact us at info@parda.ca

5. RESTOCKING FEE

A restocking fee of 20% of the item value applies to all approved returns.

6. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the amount.

7. EXCLUSIONS

Sale items, discounted orders, and purchases made using a promotional code are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. CANCELLATIONS

All orders placed with PARDA cannot be cancelled once submitted. We begin processing orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, and as such, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
